I am extremely disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of Phoebe Bigelow. She took advantage of an 82-year-old woman and rushed through the closing process just to move on to her next deal. Her actions came across as greedy, insensitive, and completely lacking compassion. There was no consideration for our concerns or feelings — only a push to get things done as fast as possible. This is not the kind of person you want handling something as important and emotional as a home sale. I would not recommend Phoebe Bigelow to anyone looking for an honest, patient, or respectful real estate professional.

I hired Phoebe Bigelow to sell my Villa in Green Valley Az. I analyzed agents in the area and chose Phoebe because of her Marketing know how and success. She markets through technology and Shows through open houses. We became partners as I trusted her expertise and market instincts . If you ever need a real estate agent find Phoebe she is the best we came into town visited some friends out here and we decided we were gonna start looking for houses so Phoebe got us all set up. We lived in Idaho. She got us a real estate agent out there so we can get our house sold And then she found us a house out here and we found the perfect house for us. It’s such a beautiful house and she knew it too. I just gotta say between her and Deb. They helped us with every need we needed answered all our questions. They’re the best. Phoebe was really good. We have been very pleased with our realtor, Phoebe Bigelow. She had a real challenge with us. We were living in Missouri and we were buying a home sight unseen in Green Valley. Phoebe found 5 or 6 homes that fit our needs and requirements. We viewed them via FaceTime calls. She was always on time with our scheduled calls and very helpful in answering all our questions. Once we found our future home, Phoebe worked tirelessly to help us get proper financing and made sure all of the necessary details were covered. She was always happy to help out whenever we had questions and issues. By the time the process was completed, Phoebe was more than just our realtor, she was our friend. We love our home and love the Green Valley area. Much of the success of this venture was due to Phoebe’s hard work and professionalism.

As out of state buyers, that gave us confidence. We met with her and she quickly rose to the top after a few house walk thru’s. That she lives in GV and knows the demographic of a 55+ community is a big deal. Skilled, kind, and easy going with a can do attitude. She is our Realtor.
